Ayse Kaptanoglu
Ayse Kaptanoglu joined IDC in July 2010 for the software and IT services groups in Türkiye, IDC MEA. Prior to joining IDC, Mrs. Kaptanoglu worked as a product manager for Juniper Networks in Prolink, one of the leading value-added distributors located in Istanbul. She has extensive experience in vendor-distribution-channel relations, product marketing and operations.
Currently, she is responsible for contributing to syndicated research and custom consulting engagements within the software and public cloud services markets in Türkiye. She manages and delivers multiple projects spanning enterprise applications, cloud services, AI, robotic process automation and Big Data analytics software. She provides insights on market dynamics, vendor strategies, and end-user trends to help vendors with their go-to-market engagements. She interacts with vendors, CIOs, and IT decision makers on key technology trends, preferences, and priorities and advises senior IT, business, and investment executives on the creation of strategy and operational tactics that drive the execution of digital transformation and business growth. She is also a speaker at vendor and IDC events.
Mrs. Kaptanoglu holds a BA degree from the Marmara University Economics (Eng) department. She also has a several IT and sales certifications.
